Please review these terms carefully before registering for any Falcon Medical Training course or using our website.
Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Falcon Medical Training website, registering for any course, or participating in any training program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Falcon Medical Training. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Course Registration
& Payment
Payment Requirements
Full payment is required at the time of registration. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), personal and business checks, and wire transfers.
Confirmation Process
You must receive written confirmation from our office to be officially registered. A confirmation packet will be mailed within 10 business days. Online receipts are NOT official confirmation of enrollment.
Important: If you do not receive confirmation within 10 business days of your registration, please contact our office immediately at 212-729-4903 to verify your enrollment status.

Cancellation &
Refund Policy
Cancellation Terms
All cancellations must be received in writing. Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced as workshops require extensive planning, preparation of materials, and coordination of live models.

150-Day Satisfaction
Guarantee
Our Commitment to Your Success
We stand behind the quality of our training. If you are not completely satisfied with your course, you may retake the same course at no additional charge within 150 days of your original training date.
- Retake includes the complete didactic (lecture) portion free of charge
- Must be scheduled within 150 days from your original training date
- Subject to seat availability in scheduled workshops
- Available once per student per course

Eligibility
Requirements
Licensed Healthcare Professionals
Our courses are designed exclusively for licensed healthcare professionals. To be eligible for enrollment, you must hold one of the following active licenses:

Doctor of Medicine
DO
Doctor of Osteopathy
DDS / DMD
Doctor of Dental Surgery / Medicine
NP
Nurse Practitioner
PA
Physician Assistant
RN
Registered Nurse
Proof of licensure may be required prior to or at the time of the workshop. Participants must maintain active licensure in good standing.

Scope of Practice
Notice
Important Legal Notice
You must verify that aesthetic procedures are within your scope of practice before enrolling in any course.
Your Responsibilities:
- Check with your State Licensing Board before enrolling
- Review practice acts pertinent to your professional license
- Understand the supervision requirements in your state
- Direct legal questions to your state board (not our staff)
Special Notice to RNs: Unless clearly stated in your scope of practice, you may NOT provide aesthetic procedures independent of an M.D. The physician must perform initial assessments and provide treatment orders.
Falcon Medical Training's Position: We do not make recommendations regarding scope of practice and fully cooperate with state licensing boards. Legal questions should be directed to your state licensing board.

Intellectual Property
Course Materials
All course materials, including but not limited to training manuals, handouts, presentations, videos, and educational content, are the exclusive property of Falcon Medical Training. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without express written permission.
Trademarks
The Falcon Medical Training name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of our organization. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer
Falcon Medical Training provides education and training only. We are not responsible for the clinical outcomes of procedures performed by course participants after training.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Falcon Medical Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Participants assume full responsibility for their practice decisions and patient outcomes. Our training is intended to supplement, not replace, professional judgment and ongoing continuing education requirements.

Acceptable Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may access course information, register for programs, and utilize resources provided for educational purposes.
Prohibited Activities
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our website, systems, or networks. Any attempt to interfere with the proper working of the website, including introducing viruses or malicious code, is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

Changes to These Terms
Falcon Medical Training reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of our services after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates.
